At Pro-Costumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the costume and all included accessories back into their original retail packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
